Free shipping on orders over £100 within the United Kingdom and European Union.

UK orders under £100 will be charged a £5 flat rate delivery fee.

European Union orders under £100 will be charged a £10 flat rate delivery fee.

International orders from outside of the UK and EU will be charged a £20 flat rate delivery fee.

Delivery is via DHL and delivery time is 2-4 business days across Europe.

Please note:

• All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom
• KYTE will dispatch orders on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend
• KYTE is not responsible for your local duties, taxes or transaction fees
• Customers within the European Union will not be charged any additional duties upon receiving your order. Orders from outside of the EU will have local duties or taxes. If in doubt check with your local customs office for rates.

Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy:
Please take care when selecting your size, refer to the size chart and if you have any questions please drop us a line and we will aim to advise. 

We want you to love your KYTE kit. But if for whatever reason your item does not fit or you find a fault with the item then we will aim to offer an exchange. If we do not have your preferred size or the item in stock we will offer a refund. 

All items returned must be “as new” in a saleable condition and be unworn, unwashed and must be complete with all original packaging. Any returns must be made within 28 days of purchase.
